3Character provides creative and digital services including social media marketing, SEO/PPC, graphic design, photography, CGI/motion graphics, and developer/designer hiring. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals or service agreements.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site functionality, scrape content without permission, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by 3Character or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Client-owned assets provided to us remain the client's property.

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. 3Character may showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in each proposal or invoice. Projects may require an advance deposit before work begins. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the signed agreement and work completed to date.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary brand assets, credentials, and approvals required to complete projects. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and delivery dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Character shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We may manage campaigns or accounts on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Clients are responsible for complying with each platform's terms. 3Character is not liable for account suspensions or policy changes by third parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement as per the terms in the signed contract. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for work completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
